About
No freelancer photographer!
Jejumulgam never hire freelancer or photographer from other companies to shoot our customers.
1 main photographer and backup photographer will be assigned.
Jejumulgam assigns two photographers, in case the main photographer is unable to shoot on the day due to an unexpected accident or urgent personal circumstances.
(The Photo Shoot is done by one photographer.)
No Data loss
Accidents like date loss do not happen often, but when they do, it is very fatal.
To minimize the probability of accidents, we backup the datas in three different places: external SSD, Dropbox, and our own NAS server.
No additional payment.
Jejumulgam does not require any additional fees.

Instructions before filming
Shooting time includes travel and transit time.
Detailed correction includes precise color correction and natural Photoshop correction (face, skin, and body correction), and no artificial or excessive Photoshop is used.

The filming is carried out in two vehicles: the author's vehicle and the bride and groom's vehicle. Since you have a lot of luggage, such as dresses and suits, we recommend an SUV.
We recommend that you find accommodation near the shop you reserved, taking into account makeup before the shoot and return of the dress after the shoot.
Schedule changes due to personal circumstances are allowed only once. (Only available within the same year)
Filming will continue even when the weather is cloudy or rainy, and precipitation is 5 mm or more.
Transfer of filming is not possible.
Upon confirming your reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to the instructions and regulations.
Instructions after filming
Files are delivered via Dropbox link.
Original files will be provided within 5 days after filming.
The selection period is 30 days. (If there is no response within 30 days, the data will be destroyed.)
Additional corrections cost 20,000 won per page.
Emergency correction is 300,000 won. (Revised copy delivered within 2 weeks after selection)
Final corrections will be delivered within 45 days of selection.
Additional revisions to the revised version are permitted once.
The original will be kept for 3 months, after which all files will be destroyed, so please be careful about storing them.
Refund Policy
100% refund within 3 days after confirmation of reservation
50% refund 30 days prior to shooting date
30% refund within 30 days from the shooting date
Regardless of number 1, no refunds are possible within 2 weeks of filming.
No refund if canceled after schedule change
* If filming is not possible due to flight cancellation, a full refund is possible upon attachment of supporting documents.
* In case of difficulty due to rain, the date can be adjusted, and if not possible, a full refund is possible. However, if there is a light amount of rain, filming will proceed.
